What is it?

Do you have any idea what this is? There are two of them, this larger one in the row of cucumbers, and the other one in the row of green beans. This one is about 18" tall. They are nice, healthy-looking plants, but I have no idea what they are. They're evenly spaced with our vegetables, which makes it look as though we planted them on purpose.
