Lonnie had his birthday the first of this month. I had him pick out a new TV to replace the dinosaur that died.
Just about the same time, our refrigerator died. We bought a new one, but had to wait nearly a week for it to be delivered! We didn't lose much food, though, since Thanksgiving was over and because we were able to preserve most of what we had in coolers until the new fridge arrived. This thing is huge!
On the 4th, we went to see the Nutcracker in Longview. One of the attorneys I work with has a daughter in ballet so it was extra special to see her perform. It was at LeTourneau's new auditorium--beautiful!
My baby girl's birthday was a week after Lonnie's. I got her a big Calphalon pot and utensils. She's been asking for this size pot for years.
Buddy had his annual tree-trimming gathering on the 11th. Quite a few people showed up to help with the tree and to eat all his groceries.

Bethany's birthday was last week. I miss her so much.
We got our tree up and decorated. And Lonnie crawled around on the roof and put up the outside lights. The gifts are all wrapped, some were mailed, and we'll deliver the rest of them today and tomorrow.
