Little yellow wagon

Remember the estate sale where I picked up that autograph book? Well, I also bought a yellow wagon that was in real need of repair. One tire wouldn't hold air, the paint had seen better days, and the handle wouldn't move side to side. It looked like a project for the Captain.

I didn't get a picture of the way it looked when I bought it, but I came home from work one day and found it in pieces in the back yard.

He got busy and worked his magic on my poor little wagon, breaking rusted bolts, sanding, painting...

Ta-da! Good as new. Better, actually, because he added a hook so you can make the handle stand up straight instead of letting it fall on the ground.

Okay, that was a short-lived project. What's next? Looks like the truck-port is in for an overhaul!
