Here we go again. The EPA is bound and determined to crush the family farm - and even the backyard garden - with its new Waters of the U.S. rule. Small ponds, ditches, puddles, and rainwater all come under the federal government's control with this proposed rule. It just amazes me that the feds think they know so much more about agriculture than do 7th generation farmers.
