Last of the produce

Back in the spring I had a couple of sweet potatoes that were sprouting. Lonnie buried them out back on the ridge, where we were composting at the time. They made some really pretty vines, so we just left them. Well, it's potato season around here now, so I had him dig them up to see whether they had produced anything. Voila!


Not very many of them, but I think I'm going to make sweet potato chips. Every had those? They're great!
