Mama's Birthday Party

Mama's birthday was actually last week, but we got together today to celebrate. We were missing a few, but everybody who could get there came.

This is the cake - white cake with raspberry filling and cream cheese frosting. Mmmmm. Isn't it pretty?

I put 83 candles on it.

  Becca and I had a time trying to get them all lit!

It was getting warm in there!

Dee kept asking whether we were going to bring in the water hose to put out the fire. We only had about 5 seconds to take pictures!

And about that long to blow out all the candles!

It was really kinda sad-looking afterwards, so we started cutting pieces from the undamaged end.

I think this was the first time ever that Mama actually got to go first when we got around to eating.

I had to get a shot of Mama and her sweetie standing under the birthday banner.

I don't know how I missed getting Gail in any of these pictures, but here is her pretty granddaughter Kaitlyn.

I'm not sure what Bubba was doing--probably playing with Peanut, one of Mama's little dogs.

But I definitely know what Troy was up to ... eating!

Amanda and Toby had to take a break while we switched gears.

You see, we were having Kaitin's baby shower this afternoon too!
