My friend, Pam Matthews Taylor, is dead. Murdered, apparently, by her husband of less than three months, who then killed himself. Today would have been the 47th birthday for Pam and her twin sister.We had our NTAP meeting today, and it was just so hard. All of us who knew her were in tears. Pam and I both took our paralegal classes at ETBU, and both had Ed Hohn as an eccentric professor. (Miss you too, Ed.) She was my Membership Committee subchair up until a few months ago - just before she and Dudley married. She sent me beautiful wedding pictures from Destin. She had the biggest heart for children and animals.
So sad. Too sad. We all miss her. NTAP members are making donations in Pam's honor to the Marshall Humane Society.
